Road Test: Totseat by Billy Lids

l always say it but we are very lucky and privileged to be asked by companies to test out their products and share with our Hey Bambini community.

So when Billy Lids approached us to ‘road test’ one of their products from their extensive range we were thrilled.

Now in case you’re scratching you head and saying what on earth is a Totseat, let me enlighten you.

“The Totseat is for babies who lunch. It’s the washable squashable highchair – in a bag. It’s easy to use, easy to carry (very compact!), fits most chairs and is suitable for babies from 8 months to 30 months”

When we travel, which is a lot l like to pack light, but sensible. The Totseat was the perfect addition to our baby bag. It didn’t take up much room at all and the instructions are so easy to follow even Mr Man had it sorted in no time.
The lovely people over at Billy Lids sent us the Totseat to test out. You see they understand we are always cafĂ©-hopping and thought the Totseat would be the perfect product to road test. How right they were as it couldn’t have come at a better time. We had just booked a mini break to Alice Springs and Uluru (Ayers Rock) and the Totseat was one of the first items l packed for our 8 month old son Elliot.

While we were away we dined in loads of cool eateries and cafes and most of them had highchairs which we used. But l found it most valuable when we were staying in our hotel room. Like most kids as soon as the sun rises they are up but unfortunately most cafes and restaurants aren't open. The Totseat was PERFECT for our hotel room as l could feed Elliot first thing in the morning without juggling him on my knee. He sat perfectly in the Totseat while l fed him yogurt and cereal. The other feature l love about this product is that it’s washable – hoorah! So when we had a few spills l just threw it in the washing machine without any fuss.

I would highly recommend the Totseat to anyone and l’m baffled on why l haven’t discovered this product earlier as Elliot is our second child. A big THANKS to Billy Lids for their generosity and the Totseat certainly made our mini family trip a lot less stressful. It now takes permanent residence in Elliot’s nappy bag at the ready to be used in any dining situation.

Solid Rock

We've recently returned from Ayers Rock.

Have your visited Central Australia yet?

It's truly an amazing place.

Words really can't describe it.

Our family explored the desert tracks, admired
aboriginal art & of course dined in some family friendly
restaurants which we cant wait to share with you!

So now it's time to unpack the bags, do the washing
and start writing some new wonderful reviews.

Watch this space for more details to come soon.

Until then lovelies....

Aromababy : Organic Aromabath Powder

We were lucky enough to get our hands on some of the Aromababy Organic Bath Powder just recently.

We have a pretty strict routine with our youngest - Mr 7 months. From 5pm onwards til 6pm it's dinner time - bath - cuddles - bottle then bed.

We have this routine down pat and l could do it with my eyes closed, as could most mothers of young children.

The bubba LOVES bath time and we have especially enjoyed using the Organic Bath Powder.

Like me the bubba has sensitive skin - poor little monkey. So this Organic Powder has been wonderful. It's nice and gentle on his skin and leaves him smelling squeaky clean. There is no harsh chemicals or nasty unknown ingredients.

We use it every night and it hasn't dried out his skin or left it irritated.I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a bubba with sensitive skin.
