We head down to Phillip Island as much as we can in summer.
So this morning we decided to pop over to
Churchill Island to check out the local Farmers Market.
Held every 4th Saturday of the month this wonderful market offers
everything from fresh veggies, creamy cheeses,
baked goods and even the odd wine tasting
(although a tad early for me to be getting on the juice!)
Running from 8am til 1pm it's a good way to fill in a morning with the family.

Afterwards you can explore the historic grounds
(entry fee applies) and visit the old time farm complete with
all your usual farm animals, learn the history in the
visitors centre or just kick back with a coffee at Spice Island cafe.
We had a lovely coffee there this morning overlooking the
beautiful bay and soaking up the sunshine.
We'll be adding Spice Island cafe to our website soon, as you can see from the snaps
- my bubba really enjoyed his 'cino'
Til next time
